For an update on the efforts underway to improve the swimming
situation for our community swim teams and recreational swimmers

The Piedmont Swim Team was founded in 1964 as a non-profit
organization. PST offers a fun, competitive, fitness oriented
swimming atmosphere for the youth in our community. Our team
consists of approximately 150 swimmers ranging in age from 5 to
17.
Philosophy: Swim For Fun ... Swim For
Life!
Our philosophy is to teach young people to love the water
and appreciate the sport. The program is designed to maximize each
individual’s abilities and offer a positive experience in a
year-round program. The focus of the program incorporates the
fundamentals of swimming, stressing technique and overall fitness.
Workouts are structured to afford each swimmer the opportunity to
train hard and reach their goals. We believe if you create a
passion for swimming the possibilities for success are
limitless.
