Malorie Han receives 2009 Outstanding Swimmer of the Year

Pacific Swimming's outstanding swimmers, coaches, and volunteers for 2009
were honored January 2nd at Pacific's annual awards banquet in Pleasanton.
Piedmont's very own Malorie Han was honored for her achievements. Each age
group honored three swimmers for their top performances in short course and
long course. Malorie was honored for her performance in the long course
season. For those who don't remember Malorie and her awesome swimming at the
2009 Far Western Championships I will refresh your memory. Malorie finished
first in multiple events including the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 200
freestyle. She also finished third in the 400 freestyle & 200 IM. There is
no wonder why Pacific swimming selected Malorie for this great honor!
Way to go Malorie, keep it up in 2010 :)
